Work planning
We agree the start date, working hours and any special conditions — access, noise, phased work if the premises needs to stay partially operational.
Execution in-house
Our site manager coordinates all trades. You receive progress updates. No surprises during the process.
Handover & opening
Final review with you. Warranty signed. The premises ready to open on the agreed date.
